We're back! Join Laura Gotlin and Johniece Hall before the rush
of the holiday season begins, take time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. This cozy fall gathering offers moments of balance and calm to help you ground and restore your energy before the busyness ahead.
We’ll begin with a *seasonal intention setting ritual* followed by a grounding *yin yoga* practice infused with *reiki* energy healing designed to release tension, open the body, and attune to the energy of the season. Then, surrender fully as you *float in weightless ease*, immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.
The evening will conclude with some nourishing fall treats and a calming fall-inspired elixir.
