This event aims to foster an exchange of experiences regarding the cultural challenges employees face in their professional journeys. Through personal stories and open dialogue, the session will inspire reflection, mutual learning, and the identification of cultural strengths. The conversation will also explore how RWE’s work culture can empower individuals to transform challenges into opportunities and thrive in a global environment.

The panel will consist of 2 speakers from RWE and 2 from iwibdus, who will share their experiences and strategies for navigating cultural differences in the professional realm.

Key questions to be discussed include:

• What cultural challenges have you faced in your professional career?
• How have you turned cultural differences into opportunities for success?
• In what ways can your employer support and enable your growth in a global environment?

The event will also provide a valuable networking opportunity, allowing participants to strengthen their connections through shared experiences and build a supportive network.
