Experience the vibrant energy of Cuban Guaguancó in this beginner-friendly workshop. We will deep dive into body movement and isolations typical for Rumba Guaguancó, making this workshop suitable for all levels. The class is focused on solo dance (no couple work) and explores the playful interaction between rhythm, movement, and expression in a fun and welcoming environment. No prior experience required – just come ready to move, connect, and enjoy the spirit of Afro-Cuban dance.
