विगतका बर्षहरूमा जस्तै यस बर्ष पनी फिनिस नेपाली समाजको आयोजनामा आगामी अगस्ट १०, २०२५ आईतबारका दिन फिनल्यान्डमा खुल्ला पुरुष तथा महिला भलिवल प्रतियोगिता हुने भएको जानकारी गराउँदै, यहाँहरू सबैलाई यस खेल प्रतियोगितामा सहभागी भई अवलोकन गरी खेलको मनोरन्जन लिनका लागि हार्दिक निमन्त्रणा गर्दछौ । फिनल्यान्डमा रहेका विभिन्न पेशा, व्यवसाय, अध्ययन तथा अन्य क्षेत्रहरूमा सक्रिय सम्पूर्ण नेपाली दाजुभाइ तथा दिदीबहिनीहरूलाई यो कार्यक्रम समर्पित गरिएको छ, जसले आपसी सद्भाव, भेटघाट तथा खेलकुदमार्फत एकता सुदृढ पार्ने लक्ष्य लिएको छ।

खेल सम्बन्धी विस्तृत विवरण:
* खेलमा ५ वा त्योभन्दा कम टोली भएमा लिग प्रणाली लागू गरिनेछ; ५ भन्दा बढी टोली भएमा टोलीहरूलाई २ वा बढी समुहमा विभाजन गरी लिग खेलपछि नकआउट चरणमार्फत विजेता चयन गरिनेछ।
* खेल अन्तराष्ट्रिय भलिवल महाशंघ FIVB र NVA को नियमा रही खेलाईनेछ।
* टिम दर्ता जुलाई २० सम्म गर्नुपर्नेछ। खेलाडीहरूको नामावली जुलाई २५ सम्म सॅंस्थाको मेल

* टिम दर्ता शुल्क पुरूषका लागी १८० यूरो र महिलाको लागी ९० यूरो रहनेछ ।दर्ता शुल्क सॅंस्थाको खाता नं FI87 1228 3000 0536 01 ( Suomalais-Nepalilainen Yhdistys ) मा जुलाई २५ भित्र दाखिला गर्नुपर्नेछ, ऊक्त रकम नआएसम्म आधिकारीक दर्ता मानिने छैन।
* एऊटा टिममा ९ जना खेलाडी र १ जना टिम प्रशिक्षक / व्यावस्थापक सहित जम्मा १० जना हुनुपर्नेछ।
* खेलाडी फिनल्यान्डमा बसोबास गरिरहेको नेपाली मुलको हुनु पर्नेछ।
* खेलाडी अनिवार्य खेल पोशाकमा ऊपस्थित हुनुपर्नेछ।
* खेल अवधिभर खेलाडी, टिम प्रशिक्षकले अनूशासनपुर्वक खेल प्रर्दशन गर्नु गराऊनु पर्नेछ।
* खेलाडिका लागी खाना , खाजा तथा यातायातको ब्यावस्था टिम आफैले गर्नुपर्नेछ।
* खेलमा कुनै विवाद आएमा आयोजकको निर्णय नै सर्वमान्य हुने छ।
* खेल अवधिभर कुनैपनि खेलाडि मदिरा सेवन गरी खेलमैदानमा ऊपस्थित भएमा समुहलाई प्रतियोगिताबाटनै हटाइनेछ।
* खेल खेल्ने क्रममा खेलाडिलाई कुनै चोटपटक लागेमा प्राथमिक उपचार मात्र गरिनेछ।

The Finnish-Nepalese Society is proud to present the FNS Cup Volleyball Tournament 2025 - a thrilling event that brings together Nepali teams from across Finland for a day filled with intense competition, unity, and sportsmanship.
Following the success of past years, this year’s tournament will once again take place on Sunday, 10th August 2025 at the international-standard volleyball court in Leppävaaran Liikuntahalli, Espoo. The event is open to both men’s and women’s teams, providing an exciting platform to showcase talent and celebrate our vibrant community through the spirit of sport.
Join us as we celebrate athleticism, camaraderie, and Nepali pride. We warmly invite you to participate, cheer, and enjoy the event to the fullest.

🗓️ Date: Sunday, August 10, 2025
📍 Venue: Leppävaaran Liikuntahalli, Veräjäpellonkatu 6, 02650 Espoo
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Tournament details:
- If there are 5 or fewer teams, a league format will be used; otherwise, teams will be split into groups with league matches followed by knockouts.
- Matches will follow the official rules of the FIVB and NVA (Nepal Volleyball Association).
- Registration deadline: Teams by July 20, roster by July 25 (email:

- Payment: Men €180, Women €90; due by July 25 to IBAN FI87 1228 3000 0536 01 (Suomalais-Nepalainen Yhdistys). Registration confirmed only after payment.
- Each team must have 10 members total: 9 players + 1 coach/manager.
- Players must be of Nepali origin and currently residing in Finland.
- All players must wear proper sports uniform.
- Discipline is mandatory for players and coaches throughout the event; alcohol use will lead to team disqualification.
- Each team is responsible for its own meals, snacks, and transportation.
- Only first aid will be provided for injuries.
- Organizers’ decisions are final in case of disputes.
🏆 Special trophies and prizes will be awarded to the winning teams and outstanding players.
