August breathwork session

Let’s breath together


The power of breath will help you reconnect with your inner power and perform better in life.

This is a cozy session; no experience needed!.
Bring a mat, a comfy blanket and thick 🧦 socks. I will support your relaxation with essential oils, energy healing and hands on if needed.


During this our we will practice breath techniques to release tension, we will feel the body and perhaps also emotions. Many things are released in this session.
