Yoga Fundraiser for Esperance Playgroup

Join us for a gentle, nourishing Slow Flow Yoga session with Alison from The Healing Hive Co.

This class is beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone looking to slow down and reconnect. Mamas with pre-crawling babies are welcome to bring them along. We'll finish with snacks and tea together.

$5 for playgroup members | $10 for non-playgroup members
All proceeds go to our playgroup.

Bring a mat if you have one, wear something comfy, and come as you are. We'd love to see you there.
