Soatsintle prensents: Cihuatl - I Woman

Soatsintle - Her eyes; Her story presents “Cihuatl: I Woman” dance production. This production explores themes related to Mexican mythology, the challenges and attributes of women in history through artistic expression. Featuring numbers such as “Mascara de Jade” (Pre-hispanic Mayan) and “The forgotten Women” (Afro-Mexican women). A blend of pre-hispanic and contemporary dances that will highlight the richness of Mexican art and culture.
