POUND Unplugged is a 45-minute class that balances focused high-intensity exercises with restorative movements rhythmic breathing and meditation. Quick efficient and challenging the workout guides participants through a deeply intentional journey designed to promote the health and fitness of the whole person – mental physical and emotional.

We understand that plans can change! Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 days before the event. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event due to preparation and material costs.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else—just let us know in advance.
