Yoga Nidra Chakra Exploration & Sound Immersion

Take a deep rest with a guided meditative journey through the physical body, subtle body, and chakra system with a unique yoga nidra designed to sooth the nervous system and release tension. This yoga nidra will allow you to experience your subtle body, chakra system, and its unique energy, (led by Amy), during with a full vibrational sound immersion (crystal bowls) and the restorative energy work of Nancy Bowden.
