Sacred Journey Series: Moving from the Breath

When we change our breathing, we can change the way we feel emotionally. Moving from the breath is at the core of what we practice in slow, mindful yoga.

Breathing in asana practice can bring about profound changes to the body, the brain, the psyche, and the spirit. It can support mental health, and help you move beyond fear and into expanded possibilities.

Improve your nervous system function. Learn to utilize the breath with asana to build resilience, increase life force energy, and more.

Classes include discussions and yoga practice. You must sign up for the full six week series. Registration is required on our website under weekly classes.
