Volunteer Training Session

This meeting is a great opportunity to connect with other volunteers and get the inside scoop on this year’s event! We’ll introduce you to Heberle’s Heartstrings’ mission and core values, walk through the event layout, and go over roles and expectations for each volunteer position.

Receive your official lanyard/badge

Get familiar with the event space ahead of time

Ask questions and feel fully prepared!

🟡 Attendance is not mandatory, but highly recommended you attend at least one of our training sessions.
Volunteers who do not attend will need to enter through general admission at the event and check in at the volunteer station to receive their badge.
