Join us for 8 relaxing and revitalizing weeks of Pilates on the Beach with Norine! This unique class blends Pilates, yoga, strength, and stretching exercises into one refreshing beachfront experience — all topped off with a calming guided meditation.

Let the sound of the waves and the fresh lake breeze deepen your breath and movement as you build strength, flexibility, and inner peace in nature’s studio.

🧘 8-week session: $104 ($13/class)
🌊 Drop-in rate: $15 per class
📍 Location: Beach 1
🕕 Time: Wednesdays, 6:00–7:15 PM
🧺 What to bring: A beach towel or blanket – no other equipment needed!
