Parent and Me Fitness Class @Blasco

Stay active, have fun, and bond with your child!
Join our Parent & Me Fitness Class, led by a certified personal trainer. This upbeat class helps caregivers build strength, boost energy, and model healthy habits—all while kids join in with interactive movements that make fitness a family affair.

👨‍👩‍👧 All families welcome — parents, grandparents, foster parents, guardians, and more!
💪 Caregiver participation required (this is a “move together” class).
✨ No fitness experience needed—just bring your energy and a smile!

Registration is preferred; drop-ins welcome!

*Please consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness programs. If you have any injuries, health conditions, or other physical limitations, it is important to inform your instructor before participating. In this class we encourage you to do what is comfortable for you and modify as needed. Breaks are encouraged!
