Donation-Based Yoga at Luvin Arms Sanctuary **External Registration Req**

Join us for Ahimsa Yoga – a peaceful, donation-based class!

Together with Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary, we’ll explore Ahimsa - the yogic principle of nonviolence - through gentle, mindful movement and self-compassion.

100% of donations (monetary or fresh produce like greens, carrots, or fruit) go directly to support the rescued animal residents at the sanctuary.

Come flow with us and practice kindness for all beings!

What to Bring for Class:

 A yoga mat
 A blanket (for comfort and support during relaxation)
 A pillow or cushion (for support in seated positions)
Water!
 Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.
