Diabetes Support Group - Glenwood Y

We know that dealing with this particular health issue can be a very daunting thing to handle on your own. The Y is proud to provide valuable information to help those dealing this chronic issue. We look to host a number of informative group discussions about a variety of topics relating to living better with diabetes, including being active, healthy eating, reducing risks etc.
