• ways to cope with and manage discomfort of labor
• available medical interventions and when to use them
• strategic positioning and movement in labor
• partner tips and tricks
• induction of labor and cesarean birth
• birth preference planning and communication

About your instructor:

Danielle is an experienced labor and delivery RN, birth doula, and childbirth educator who is passionate about helping people have empowered and joyful birth experiences.

Each ticket is valid for one pregnant person and support person. If you would like an additional person to attend, please contact me!

Important notes:

Class will only run with three families or more.

If class size is small enough (4 families or fewer) and attendees prefer, class may be held at the Boulder office
