Bloom Barre

Join us for our special Bloom Barre event in collaboration with Kelsey Hughes from Flourish! This event includes a 1-hour barre class plus a flower bar, where attendees will make their own bouquet to take home. Using light weights, isometric motions & bodyweight resistance, Barre tones your entire body while improving balance & flexibility. Attendees are encouraged to let their creative juices flow when creating their bouquets! Kelsey will be on-site to provide guidance when needed.
