Big Free Yoga @ ASCEND Erie!

Interested in trying yoga for the first time? Trying to convince friends to give it a try? Want to see Erie's newest yoga provider and only indoor rock climbing gym in a stress-and-money-free way? How about all of the above!

Big FREE Yoga comes to ASCEND Erie every third Saturday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Taught by one of our welcoming, encouraging and accommodating instructors, each month offers a slightly different style that anyone can do!

FREE YOGA EVENT (but you must register on our website)
We have mats and props you can borrow!
Occasional special vendor pop-ups
and a few other special things!
