Finding and photographing birds in your local areas

Netra and I will give a talk at the Ryde Eastwood Leagues Camera Club about photographing birds in your local patch.

The talk will cover everything from suitable gear, technical skills (eg. low light/high ISO shooting), aesthetical considerations, using different types of disguises etc, finding birds, and ethics as well.

It will not be just a show of beautiful images of our more common (and some rarer) species, but an educational experience that most photographers, especially new to the art of bird photography, may find extremely useful.
