Start your Sunday grounded, uplifted, and connected at Root to Rise, an energizing morning yoga session held right inside the taproom at Inspiration Brewing Company!

Led by a local yoga instructor, this all-levels vinyasa flow focuses on breath, balance, and mindfulness — perfect for beginners, along with some modifications for those who are more advanced. This 45-60 minute class will be offered FREE for a limited time!

After class, stick around to sip and socialize in Ephrata’s newest local brewery where there will be a full selection of beer, food, and other beverages for purchase in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. BYO mat & good energy ✨
