Mid-year reset therapeutic vision board workshop day 1

Part one of a two part workshop. Workshop is 2 Saturday mornings, registration is one price for the full workshop, no single day registrations are available at this time.
As we prepare for summer and the second half of the year, we invite you to join us for a 2 part workshop to dig into what you want the second half of 2025 to look like. During this workshop, we will utilize the expressive arts techniques around creating a vision board and leaning into the therapeutic potential of this process to help uncover our own journeys for the rest of this year and how we can make sure we set ourselves up for success with achieving those goals!
This class will run for a total of 6-7 hours, depending on the number of participants. Plan for both days to run 8:00-11:30.
Workshop run by Tess Heller, a licensed professional counselor with a passion for using expressive arts techniques to help people deepen their understanding of themselves and align with their own paths.
