A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience where you’re immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and other healing instruments. (The selection varies with each experience.)
The frequencies help to:
•Reduce stress and anxiety
• Calm the nervous system
•Restore energetic balance
•Improve sleep and mental clarity
It’s the perfect way to unwind, reset, and prepare for the new week ahead.

Bring an eye mask if you like, your journal and pen for reflection, a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion or pillow, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
