Your host for this event is Sydney Bridges. Sydney has more than 20 years of experience as a healer and teacher in the modalities of meditation and vibrational healing

In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience in which those in attendance are bathed in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as Gongs, singing, Bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, rain sticks, and even the human voice
.
The sounds are a carefully selected wash of instruments and voices. with notable resonance and overtones, using crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments.
During the sound bath, participants lie on their backs, sometimes referred to as the Savasana position in yoga.

Mats, blankets, and pillows are encouraged to ensure comfort and warmth as you will be lying on the floor.
