When we meditate, we inject far-reaching and long-lasting benefits into our lives: We lower our stress levels, we get to know our pain, we connect better, we improve our focus, and we're kinder to ourselves. Let Sydney walk you through the many types and processes of meditation.

This class will be beneficial to those who have never meditated and may be somewhat intimidated by the process, as well as those who have experience and may wish to re-invigorate their practices. A cacao ceremony will be performed at the beginning of the class for those who wish to participate.

A Cacao ceremony is a ritual that involves sharing and drinking ceremonial Cacao, often accompanied by intention-setting.
