Croissants stuffed with cheesy bechamel sauce, honey ham, gruyere, parm cheese and fried egg served with breakfast potatoes

Mexican Migas
Pan toasted corn tortillas pieces cooked with scrambled eggs, carmalized onions and hatch peppers. Topped with queso fresco, white queso, red onions and cilantro. Served with a side of Pinto beans

Homemade Apple Fritter
Donuts with a ricotta and honey dipping sauce
