Alberta Open Farm Days Wetland Walk at Medieval Manor Gardens

This year the theme is “Water, the lifeblood of every farm”. That couldn’t be more perfect for Medieval Manor Gardens as we will be offering this wetland walk. See our beaver canal and fen and learn about the importance of natural water filtration buffers, a variety of native wetland plants and associated wildlife. Go with the flow of water, not against it! This is our only paid activity during Alberta Open Farm Days, but at a discount of more than half price (this nature walk is only $10.00 vs. the regular $25.00!) you can’t go wrong! Make sure to bring rubber boots, sunblock, insect repellent, and your phone or camera to take lots of pics! Long sleeves and pants are recommended. A certain level of mobility is required to navigate uneven terrain and distance walking.
