Yoga and Paint

An interactive experience to spark joy and creativity in your life lead by E-RYT Jett owner of Jett Yoga. Yoga and the arts are wonderfully complementary, intuitive disciples rich in creativity and rooted in self-expression. This experience will be messy so arrive wearing clothes you won’t be afraid to get paint on we’ll be using premium acrylic paints.

We’ll start with a 15-20 minute walk through of The heART Gallery to take in the art covered walls filled by local artists. This will be an accessible experience welcoming all, no yoga or painting experience is required.

Included is individual yoga mat sized canvas paper and paints. The class will start with intention setting for your healing art experience and breath connection to release perfection. We’ll move through thoughtfully guided movements and add paint into the process.

Using hands and yoga poses, participants will apply paint to their personal canvas paper. You’ll leave with a one of a kind memory and work of art!
