On August 17, over 90 teams will throw down their best recipes at Viña de Liceaga for the 35th Dr. Ramón García Ocejo Paella Contest—plus 160 wines, live music, and maybe that raffle prize with your name on it.

If you’ve been before, you know it’s more than food—it’s a full-on Valle fashion show meets wine-fueled block party under 120-year-old oaks.
