This needs no introduction - I will add that now Kous Kous is recommended by Michelin and is a Diner's Choice on Open Table. But in case you're not familiar with this incredible venue, here's a little inside info:
Owner and chef, Moumen Nouri, has always enjoyed the wide variety of Moroccan traditions: the aroma of their slow-cooked tagines, the colors of the murals and rugs, as well as the sights and sounds of the market.
At the same time, he longed to discover and learn from the West. He listened to international music, learned other languages and gradually acquired a way of thinking that helped him understand and embrace both worlds.
Kous Kous is a way to share his history and the pleasures of his country with us. Enjoy the aromatic herbs, spices, music and colors of Morocco, it may be that you too are inspired to share your stories.
