Sleep of the Yogi - Yoga Nidra Class

Join Melissa Knepper, the Wandering Yogi of the Yoga Nest for Sleep of the Yogi: Yoga Nidra practice at the Train Yard Gym & Fitness in Enola, PA.

This guided yoga nidra practice will take you through deep relaxation and visualization, allowing you to access your inner wisdom and intuition and find deep relaxation.

Please dress in comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water bottle. You may also wish to bring a journal and a writing utensil to take time after class to reflect on the practice.

The cost for class is $20.00 per person. Note: Fitness Foundations members may register for class for $10.00 per person.
