We begin from scratch with games and skills activities and a title: "THE SECRET OF THE GOLDEN ISLE" - where through art, drama, designing and making costumes, story-making and everything in-between, we end up with a comedy adventure drama which the participants stage for their families on the last day. There is nothing like it!
Red Moon has produced comedy-dramas in schools, arts venues and festivals all over County Wexford. With an emphasis on fun, inclusion, creativity and individuality, their summer camps are second to none. Don’t miss out on the experience of a lifetime!
Oh – The Golden Isle? It suddenly appeared overnight just off the coast of County Wexford. The government immediately sent the army to prevent anyone from landing – just in case it was deadly dangerous. However, expert astronomers, geologists, palaeontologists, scientists, biologists and all the other 'ists' were determined to examine the island to ensure the safety of mankind and benefit from any super-real benefits, like pure gold, it may contain. Did it arise from the sea-bed or crash down from outer space? Who knows? This is why the brightest and best from our community, the kids in Primary School, are urgently needed to uncover the Secret of the Golden Isle!
