Are you looking to develop your understanding of Goju Ryu Karate? We now offer an uchi deshi experience in Enköping, Sweden, with sensei Stefan Neovius.
Live for one week as an 'in-house student' with a group of like-minded people, far away from your daily work and stresses.
Enjoy intensive karate practice and deep discussions, prepare and share your meals with the others, and help clean and take care of the dojo.
The experience is open to all Goju Ryu karatekas, with a minimum of one year of experience.
Sensei Stefan Neovius, 5 Dan, has practised Okinawa Goju Ryu, within the Jundokan branch, for nearly three decades. He is also a nidan in Ryukyu, Kobudo, Shimbukan.

The dojo is equipped with a small kitchen, shower, and a martial arts library. You can use the dojo weapons and strength equipment for extra practice. It is possible to arrive one day before the seminar starts (Saturday) without extra costs.
FEE:
€250 including all classes and accommodation in the dojo (sleeping bag on tatami unless you bring your own mattress), payable upon arrival. Participants will have to go grocery shopping and prepare their meals together (at least two bicycles will be available for excursions). Daily costs can be estimated to around €10-15.
