🤜We will be hitting our entire core in this standing abs workout with dumbbells. Alongside the abs and core, the shoulders, arms, chest and back are involved so turning this into a great upper body workout too!

💥Next, grab your band and let’s target our glutes!! This glute resistance band workout will be focusing on targeting, isolating and activating the entire glute muscles, hips and hamstrings.
➡️Throughout this entire resistance bands workout, try to remember ‘knees out and hips high’!!!!!!
➡️ The point of the glutes band work, it to provide resistance so really increase intensity by widening as far apart those knees. And in the squats, knees out when coming down and rising up!
💥Once we are finished with our glutes we will hit our Core again on the mat before stretching it out.
