Stillness & Sound: Monday Reset

No movement required & chair friendly— just come as you are and settle into stillness. We’ll begin with a few minutes of centering breathwork, followed by a short guided meditation and 25–30 minutes of soothing sound using crystal bowls, chimes, or other instruments.
