Join us Monday evenings for Mindful Monday — a gently guided outdoor session focused on nervous system regulation, grounding, breathwork, and gentle movement. Surrounded by nature, we slow down together and return home to ourselves.

• An invitation to slow down, tune in, and create space for grace
• Sunset light, soft sounds of nature, and peaceful community
All levels welcome. Bring a mat, towel, or blanket — and dress comfortably.
