Eat, Socialize, & Learn Something New!

At the Y, we are more than a gym. We're a community where you can gather, connect with others, and learn something new! We are excited to hold our Lunch & Learn series at our Y in our Community Room Lunch & Learns, which are FREE events open to the public. These events feature a range of speakers from a wide variety of expertise. From health and wellness to finances to cybersecurity, there is plenty to learn at our Lunch & Learn.

Join us for an informative session focused on stroke education, recovery, and new advancements in stroke rehabilitation. Attendees will learn about stroke risk factors, life after stroke, and new therapy options designed to support stroke survivors in their recovery, and improve overall quality of life.
