Healthy Kids Day

Healthy Kids Day is the YMCA’s signature national event, dedicated to encouraging kids and families to stay active, make healthy choices, and keep learning all year long. This free, fun-filled day features interactive activities, fitness challenges, educational booths, and games that inspire children to lead healthier, happier lives.

Families will enjoy:
✅ Sports & Fitness Activities – Obstacle courses, sports challenges, and fun movement-based games.
✅ Health & Wellness Stations – Hands-on learning about nutrition, hydration, and overall well-being.
