Hands On Adjustment Workshop

Join us for an enriching 3-hour Hands-On Adjustment Workshop designed for both educators eager to refine their ability to adjust students and students interested in enhancing their body alignment awareness.

Facilitated by Toni Davis, a seasoned 500-hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT), this workshop offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the human body and improve your teaching or personal practice.
