Sound Bath with Lynnette & Amber

Join Amber Broyles and Lynnette Carlino for a one-hour immersive sound bath designed to help you fully relax and receive. This calming experience will support your nervous system through intentional sound using crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other soothing instruments.

There is no movement or effort required — simply arrive, settle in, and let the sound guide you into deep rest.

We provide all the props you need for comfort: yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye coverings. Chairs are also available if a supported seat would enhance your experience.

This offering is open to all — no experience needed.
