Competitive Cheer Skills Evaluation

EVALUATION PROCESS
Teams are selected based on numerous factors. Each athlete will be evaluated based on their skill, potential, coachability, and team specific needs. The goal is to set each athlete up for development and success for themselves and the team they are placed on. PA reserves the right to move athletes to different teams when and if necessary at any point during the season.
