Yoga & EFC Community Gathering

🎉 Meet Jenn & Move with Us🎉

Join us Sunday August 3rd at 3pm for an afternoon that’s equal parts fitness, fun and food. We’re thrilled to introduce Jenn, our brand new athletic trainer, physical therapist and certified yoga instructor- basically a superhero in yoga pants!

This is more than just a meet-and-greet. It’s a full on community hangout for all EFC members and the general public, complete with snack, refreshments and jokes that may or may not be funny (we try, okay?).

Jenn will lead us through a mellow yoga session (no pretzel skills required), and she’s giving away 2 free movement screens - think of it as a gentle check-up on how your body moves, plus expert tips to help you stay strong and avoid future injuries. It’s like showing your joints a little extra love. (To enter, just sign up for yoga).

So come by, stretch, snack and share some laughs. Who knows, you might leave with a movement screen, a happy belly and a few new friends.
