All levels Rhythm & Rhythmic action in your dancing body technique class.

Learn dynamic Afro-Cuban movements with the music. Improve your body language when dancing or performing.

Class improves all styles of dance & is essentially helpful to rhythmic styles like mambo, cha cha, bolero, salsa etc.

Learn to dance with the rhythm & clave sounds. No partners needed. Wear sneakers or dance shoes
