Introduction to Shamanism

Our weekly workshop. We will be looking into the wonderful shamanic traditions. Discovering how to work with our power animals, protect our selves and our personal space, learning how to journey with the drum.

In the workshops you will learn about the elements the medicine wheel and connect with our ancestors.
