Foundations of Yoga

In this class students will practice the foundations of yoga, focusing our mind, using our breath, and moving our body. Yoga for all ages and abilities.

You will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, water, a towel, belt or strap, and any other equipment that will help you practice your yoga.

Give yourself the gift of yoga. You will thank yourself that you did!
