🤠 What an Advanced Class Involves
​An advanced line dance class typically assumes you are a seasoned dancer with a strong knowledge of steps and terminology.
• ​Choreography: Routines will often be long, complicated, or totally phrased. They can include multiple tags/restarts and a wide variety of rhythms (Samba, Tango, Swing, Rumba, etc.).
• ​Complex Moves: You'll work on advanced techniques and steps like:
• ​Multiple and full turns (1/2 or full spins/pivots)
• ​Syncopated steps (e.g., Mambo steps, Coaster steps, Anchor steps)
• ​Intricate footwork (e.g., Rolling Grapevines, Swivets, Ronde Sweeps)
• ​Complex timing and styling.
