As the name suggests, floor barre uses the same principles of a traditional standing barre class, but everything is done either lying or sitting on your mat. This is a low-impact, full body workout that
allows participants to engage in gentle movements to help strengthen the pelvic floor, abdominal wall, back, and glutes, while focusing on proper breath work to ease tension and melt away stress.
