Going back to our roots of drawing inspiration from an active coastal California lifestyle, this series truly speaks to our Encinitas community by blending fitness, adventure, and relaxation! Join us as we team up with Move Madly Lagree Studio on Saturday August 16th at 8am for a morning hike at Annie's Canyon for beautiful views of the coast and the San Elijo Lagoon! Whether you're hitting the trails, catching waves, breaking a sweat, or just soaking up the sun, this is more than a workout — it’s a lifestyle. Come move with us!
