BeeWorthy Farms, Encinitas, CAA golden-hour gathering for warm summer nights. We’ll open with a light grounding practice before exploring herbs that shine in the heat—cooling, hydrating, and uplifting plants like hibiscus, mint, lemon verbena, and holy basil.

Then we’ll craft two summer staples: shrubs (herbal vinegar syrups) and oxymels (herb-infused honey-vinegar blends), perfect for making mocktails or digestive tonics.Sip, mix, and play—then take your creations home for your next sunset picnic or garden dinner.✨
