In Spanish, the word SUEÑOS translates to DREAM! We will tune in to the lunar energy to help us nourish our need for rest and recovery.
You are invited to design your nesting space, bring blankets, pillows, crystals, cards, sleeping masks, whatever it takes to help you feel at peace!
We will start the sound healing by tuning into our bodies. I will use various techniques to help relax the body. A guided visualization, meditation, or prayer will be introduced to fortify the energy of peace.
The sound healing will last approximately 45 minutes. At the end of the sound healing, I will call you back into your body with my voice, and guide you through grounding exercises. This is to help you feel present in your body before leaving the space.
This gathering will be geared towards calming the nervous system, and helping you feel safe so your body and mind prepare you for dreamland...tierra de suenos!
This is a boutique venue, I will be holding space for 11 beautiful souls, creating a very nurturing environment for all who attend!
