Drumming is an ancient and powerful healing practice. From supporting emotional health to lowering blood pressure, drumming is a life changing experience! We need community and connection now more than ever. Drumming ceremonies bring people together and together we heal!
The evening will close with a guided shamanic drum Journey to support you in connecting with your helping spirits.
No experience is necessary!!! Please bring your own drum if you have one you love and we have some to borrow as well.

About the Facilitator:
Erika has been a life long student of these ways, and holds an Apprenticeship in the Shipibo lineage from the Amazon, as well years of training in the Toltec and Lakota traditions. Erika is also a certified yoga therapist, Reiki master, and sound healer.
